There were some issues with my design on my first PCB run - I made one really careless mistake and the PIR ground pin was connected to VCC. (-_-)

So I fixed those issues and spent considerable time checking every trace on the board multiple times, making small adjustments and rechecking. Fingers crossed I didn't mess this up.
