I've fixed the problems from the first run of the boards and tweaked a few more things. I'm about to place an order for another batch - I've spent hours checking this over and over so I really hope I didn't make any stupid mistakes this time.

Since I'll be tweaking things from time to time, maybe creating a PIC-based fork, etc. I thought it was a good time for a repository. I haven't used one in ages.

I'll add some dispenser and enclosure BOM and plans in a month or so.

I'll also share the project on PCBWay so you can download the gerbers and drill files or order the PCB yourself. I will share that link once I sanity check the board when the next batch arrives ~2 weeks from now. Don't want to share a broken board.
