11Install the salvaged parts onto the new PCB
- Align the new LCD screen to the center and install the metal frame carefully.
- Install the plastic plate for aligning the buttons onto the new PCB.

12Pry off the SIM card lid on the back panel with force

13Connect a speaker to the new PCB

14Install the speaker onto the back panel

15Install the new PCB into the back panel, and install the screws

16Put the front panel back. VoilĂ !

17Flash the firmware
0. Preparation
- Obtain the firmware flashing software at https://github.com/Ingenic-community/Cloner
- Download the firmware files at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1oXkI3N4dK0Gwsrb4oEOyaak5tPrkD-Ys?usp=sharing
1. Open the "cloner" software. Click on the "Config" button.
2. In the "INFO" tab:
- Set "Board" to "x1000_sfc_nor_32mb.cfg"
- Set "BaudRate" to "115200"
- Set "UART" to "uart2_pd"
3. In the SFC - Partition tab, configure the partitions as the following:
4. In the SFC - spibase tab, deselect the "All erase" option.
5. In the "POLICY" tab, config the entries as the following. Use the "..." button to select the image files.
6. Click on "Save As". You can use a informative filename.
7. Click on the "Start" button.
8. Hold the left function button of the device, and connect the device to the PC via USB. The battery must be removed. The flashing will start in a moment.

Install the battery to the device. It will power on automatically.
