To draw your own Fritzing parts that could be used in your Arduino projects, you need to download Ink Scape and Fritzing.

Ink Scape can be used to draw the board layout, schematic, and PCB in .svg format. 

Later these separated .svg files will be used to construct a part in Fritzing.
