It's well known that stroke engine works by force impulses. So my CVT is based on this principal. The oval satellites synchronized with this force impulses.
Fig. 1 shows the maximal force momentum applying to the input satellite A. B is output satellite. The coefficient of transmission is minimal. Let it be 1:2.
Fig. 2 again shows the maximal force momentum applying to the input satellite A. But now the coefficient of transmission is maximal. It is 2:1. Total range of coefficient variation is 4.
So, you see that working cycle has different coefficient of transmission and it depends Continuously from angle of arm AB : 0°÷90°.
This coefficient of transmission changes continuously between 1:2 and 2:1 when angle of arm AB changes between 0° ÷ 90°.
Passive parts of working cycle are useless and not demonstrated here. In this time the stroke moves by inertia and do not force the rotating considerably. The flywheel must be on the output axle B.
