Disassembly the planetary gear-box from the head of the kneader in order to leave free the spindle.

Cut and weld the frame from steel tubes adapted to the original dimensions of the kneader.

Mount and set the frame and the kneader over the stand.

Mount the linear guides on the steel frame by means of adjustable positioning.

Install the lifting system assembly using the neaded components from the camera tripod.

Turn the spindle adapter and install the ER20 spring chuck.

Install the cross table over the previously mounted face plate connected to the linear guides and the lifting mechanism.
8

Wire and install the electronic variable frequency drive (VFD) for speed and torque control.
