Install video streaming app on tablet

Test components (GoPro to HDMI capture card to computer) to make sure they work

Get waterproof container and drill a hole large enough for the micro HDMI connector, sand the micro HDMI as needed

Repurpose the bottom padding of the container by cutting holes to fit the camera and power button

Pull the micro HDMI connector through the hole and align it so that the camera view when attached is not blocked by anything on the plastic container

Use epoxy putty to seal the connection between the container and the HDMI cable and plug the air pressure equalization vent on the container

Drill holes at the top of the container and sand down unnecessary plastic to facilitate paracord attachment

Zip tie the HDMI cable to the rope and a rock to the bottom
