It's a Nokia 1202 display, having a whopping pixel resolution of: 96x68
where the Nokia 3310 has merely 84x48
A project log for Nokia 3310 / 5110 display board
had to extract it from the game boy programmer / cartridge project

If you're looking for something higher and don't mind some programming, check this guy out:

Color, 320x240. I've used it on a couple projects with an ATtiny... at low-resolution (16x16), since it doesn't have inbuilt-memory... Takes a bit of work, but not bad. And doesn't have the greatest contrast/viewing-angle, but neither do those Nokias ;)
(Oh, it's on sale for $3) And it's nice because it's reflective... remove the housing/front-light.

Hah, alright, realistically it's nothing like these Nokia displays...
