Decide what kind of plant you want to use for the device and from that you will get the device spec you need to use like the diameter of the fittings or the pipe. 

From the information on phase 1 prepare the spec for each components need to build the product and gather all the components accordingly. 

Assemble the pipes, fitting, bearing, shaft and support structure together as seen in the pictures. 

insert appropriate soil type generated from the information on phase 1.

Plant the flower you have prepared and water it.

Rotate the shaft within some period of time depending on the soil type from phase 4
