I have designed this board to control the specific 24V valve with 5V logic. It features LEDs to indicate the end positions which are also passed via 5V output from the board.
The valve is controlled by connecting specific wires to 24V. It has also built-in aux switches to provide information when the end position is reached. The board is controlled by sending 5V signals to either close or open the valve. While the signal is transmitted it momentarily provides power to related input to the valve.
The controller has isolated circuit controlling relays as well as Schmitt Trigger IC to debounce and square the aux outputs from the valve.
The board was mounted on a din rail with 3D printed housing featuring din clip
