Extract the zip file.

Go to the PCBWay website, and click on "PCB Prototype" button.

Give the size of the board :

82x34 mm, choose minimum quantity and click on the calculate button

Choose the quantity, and you must indicate Number of SMD parts, you write 2 on the field.

When the parameters of board and assembly are dones, click SAVE TO CART button and :

Upload the gerber file (zip)
The Centroid file (xlsx)
The bom (xlsx)
on PCBWay form.
