Make software compatible with my other project the PiBoy best performance on botth with Manjaro ARM. 

Construct frame parts, better keyboard and print everything.

Print keyboard sticker and laminate them. 

Now i will make some testing and optimise the software.

I think Phosh is a great desktop for this kind of PC

I also installed a USB soundcard for better Sound and Mic support, a 2W Speaker and switches for secureity to turn of the Mic.

Everything should work now.

Solder LED for Keyboardbacklight and 3D Print keyboard and Frontframe:

Desolder all unused big parts like USB, RJ54 from the Raspberry Pi and cut out the baseboard.

Install Raspberry Pi, PiSugar and Hyperpixel Display:

Soldering the Keys to the baseboard:

Each key has is own diode.

The diodes using the space between the Keys.

At the Back side the columns was connected with thin coper wire:
