Previously, I ran some experiments with catalytic pocket ovens to dry the bare shoes over night. This however doesn't seem to be quite aligned with the always-ready requirements.
So one needs to 3D print boot liners that support the full weight and dynamics of a regular foot, but provide channels through which warmed air can be injected.
This'll allow shoes to be dried safely and from the inside out. I'll need some TPU to go with my IDEX printer, then experiment with flat and flexible air ducts that can be shaped into boot liners.
