Stupid LEDs.

I have redone the schematic and added reverse surface mount LEDs. The PCB got a bit bigger (161x132). I think I have it all sorted. I'm going to wait a bit and do some reading before I send it off to manufacturing.  Here it is as it stands:

If you didn't know better, you might think I had some idea what I was doing.
