This project is a breadboard friendly BOB (Break Out Board) to experiment with CPLDs.
A CPLD can be used to replace several TTL chips. The software used to develop is WinCUPL which run on old versions of Windows (XP, etc.). The programming of the device is done via a parallel port. WinCUPL can use a parallel extension card (ISA, PCIe, PCMCIA).
