Picture hanger for wheelchair users

It is known that most people take off their coat and hang their coat on coat hanger when they are inside their house, office or indoor other places and this task is hard for wheelchair users. This Picture hanger for wheelchair users project also created new idea for coat hanger that lowers at will for wheelchair users to hang their cloth without any assistance. 

Prototype coming soon.  

The initial goal of the project was simple: help disabled to hang their picture frame without the need of any assistance but this project also created new target for building same concept mechanism to change light bulb.
