At first I disassembled the Xbox 360 Slim and spray painted it 3 times with an insulation paint, called "Plastic 70"

When the first layer was dry, I used normal white spraypaint.

I also coloured the SMD parts with a black marker and added some additional heatsinks.

Cut the holes for the fans an the connectors out.

Preparing the motherboard. I extended the controller unit (including the player LEDs) and the wifi unit.

The speaker unit: I mounted 2.0 speakers. They sound pretty good for their size.

Everything gets powered by a 300W PC power supply. It powers the Xbox, the display and the speakers.

The control unit consists of :
- Power button
- Eject button
- Sync button (add a new controller)
- 4 LEDs (Player 1-4)
- Volume control

Let's look if everything fits together.....looks good

The 18.5" display has a resolution of 1366x768 and fits perfectly into the lid of the suitcase.
