The ambient light and ultraviolet sensor LTR390-UV is able to operate from 1.7V to 3.6V, the range covers voltage of coin cell battery or 2 AAA batteries
There are modules available from adafruit or waveshare, however they both try to support 5V supply, with LDO and logic level shifter, which is not really necessary for battery powered sensor devices.
