Tracker power consumption

More or less actual power consumption in active mode:
TX Power +6dBm (Maximum)
60Hz (BLE notifications per second)
All LEDs off
Battery voltage 4.1V

This will allow tracker to operate for up to 90 hours on a single charge. Just for comparison, the usual SlimeVR build with ESP32 consumes more than 100mA.
