Official project conception date is Apr 16 2024.
So far there is a rough sketch of controls:
It's got monitors, analog sticks, some buttons for various stuffs, a JR (micro) TX module, a mini keyboard for reference, a VRX and some 21700 battery holders behind.
A really basic connection layout (power controls omitted):
A power control button module prototype (it's a set of latching pushbuttons that able to control up to 5V 2A and has integrated status LED - OFF after power cycle):
And a base frame structure, made of v-slot 20x20 aluminum extrusions and some interface plates:
So, I was saying in previous project entry that it was going to be a part of another, bigger thing - this is it. That was a keyboard for this ground station.
However, looking at how things are turning out now - this probably will not be the case and i will opt either for something readily available, or there will be some means to attach MOK to this grounstation thru some kind of attachment/hinge system i will come up with. It's honestly kinda difficult to think about things at large, yet-to-happen scale because of how unpredictable things around currently are, yet they move on, slowly.
And now I'm off to draw the rest of the owl, allowed by the virtue of energy infrastructure heroes and defence forces personnel alike.
