1Step 1
2 2x4 lego plates
1 2x4 lego block
1 sodial 150 rpm 3v motor
Motor on the left is the finished brick.
-
2Step 2
I used a dremel tool to drill hole for the shaft and to hollow out the 2x4 brick
-
3Step 3
I then super glued one of the 2x4 plates to bottom of the brick. Then I used my dremel tool again to cut more plastic out.
-
4Step 4
Next add the holes and glued the motor to the bottom plate. I secured the motor in place, added glue to the bottom of the motor then pressed the bottom plate to the motor for accurate alignment. I also had to cut a small groove out for the wires to come out the back.
-
5Step 5
Solder the wires on and put it all back together. I did cut a little deep hollowing out the brick., but it still snaps to other legos just fine.
