The head tracker project was developed to enable intuitive control of a gimbal on RC models using head movements. Utilizing a gyroscope and an ATtiny85 microcontroller, the device calculates yaw and pitch values, translating visor movements into control commands. The signals are transmitted via PPM connection to an RC radio, making the system highly compatible with most RC models.

The project is open source, aiming to share the code, documentation, and resources necessary for other makers to replicate and enhance the system. This approach aims to stimulate collaboration within the community and inspire new innovations.
