1Step 1
This is the harness that will connect the Axidraw to the Nordson EFD. It's two connectors, two wires, one relay, and the (optional) break-out board.

2Step 2
I did not have the perfect connector for the pins on the ebb board. It can, however, be fudged up from either of these headers that I did have.

3Step 3
I removed the pins that were not needed and soldered my signal wires to the header, and added heat shrink.

4Step 4
So here is the component side of the breakout board, and the fudged up connector that attaches to the Nordson EFD. The Nordson units have a three connector receptacle for the foot pedal that triggers the unit to supply fluid. My parts bin only had a four connector plug, which after deleting one pin, works just fine. The little relay is marked for the positive terminal on the coil. That attaches to pin B3 on the ebb board. The other wire goes to ground, which is the rearmost pin on the ebb board. The middle pin is not used. The output from the relay's normally open contacts go to the Nordson unit to replace the foot pedal.
