Step 1

Collect the needed Materials (See above)

Step 2

Solder enameled copper wire to the selected LEDs

Prepare a control PCB (Maybe you want to google Bare Bone Arduino), Flash the Programm to the Controller.

Add the Series Resistors to the PCB. You may want to calculate the correct Values. For Green LEDs @ 5V 100 Ohm are okay.

Test the Assemblies

(hot) glue the LEDs to the Crystal Cluster. (..)

Drill a hole into the planting hole to let the cable out. If you don't care you can also run the cable over the edge of the pot

Burry everything into a planting pot. I would recommend planting clay. If you want to use soil, you might take further preservations of the electronics.

Connect Power and enjoy your artificial Tiberium Cluster
