After some fails i found  performance/skill issue sweet spot in form of BC556 transistors, and finally have IR blaster send to overdrive. I utilize classic form IR led on which i measure around 0.8 A, and "1W 160 degrees" IR led on which i measure around 2A (i cant really measure that precisely since keeping it just power on cause death of small LED or BC556 -> intended, when it started burn, i take step back...)
