Having experimented with a Z80 CPU on breadboard, I reached a point where I wanted to "bank" the things I had done so that I could move on to experimenting with peripherals like keyboard and video display. My long term goal is to have a self-contained Z80 computer in the 80's home computer style.

BeanZee is a development board with a 10MHz Z80 CPU, 32k ROM and 32k RAM, and a (removable) USB module for I/O. Initially the intent was to switch from breadboard to circuit board to "solidify" the circuit. The similarity to an Arduino board only occurred to me quite late on, but appeals greatly.
