Session 1

We identified our project, started discussing how we envisioned the system, what materials we would need, and tested the buzzer and the button.

Materials needed:

  • Push button
  • Buzzer
  • Potentiometer or resistor
  • Transparent PLA (for 3D printing the piano keys)
  • LED strip

Session 2

We searched for a 3D model of the piano. We wired the buzzer so that it activates when pressed and identified the correct resistors to control the sound level. At the same time, we programmed the lights to synchronize with the rhythm of "Au clair de la lune."

Session 3

We added difficulty levels (fast, medium, slow). The system now includes 7 buttons (DO, RE, MI, FA, SOL, LA, SI). We finalized the light synchronization system for "Au clair de la lune" with the three difficulty levels. We created a cardboard prototype to visualize and test the system's layout and functionality.
