- Decided to use a Nidec 24H brushless DC motor based on remrc (https://github.com/remrc/Self-Balancing-Cube)
- Ordered parts
- CAD designed a 1DoF test bed before attempting to prototype the cube
- Planned out wiring diagram for electronics
