Recently I have become a little obsessed with the omnichord and similar instruments. Besides generating chords, one very distinct feature is the touch strip which allows playing it like an harp.

I a chord like C is played, the chord will sound like C2, E2 and G2 notes. However, the harp will allow the player to play C3, E3, G3, C4, E4, G4, C5, E5, G5, C6, E6, G6, which will sound very consonant as these notes are just harmonics of the triad.

In this project I will try to reproduce all these from a single atmega IC. Why AVR? I'm submitting this to the component abuse challenge, atmegas are very under powered by todays standards and easier to abuse, beside I still have lots of them.
