I finally got the parts I ordered online and was for the last days working on the pcb and the controllers. Here are some Pictures of the PCB:
Here is a picture of the menu with sound control:
And this is PONG:
In the pictures you can see that the picture on the TV is not centered! This is because there is some weird scaling happening in the TV.

The Project kind of started when I was browsing through Tronixstuff's tutorials.
I was totally amazed on how good the arduino actually is in displaying stuff and doing graphics. Of course it looks like 1970s graphics, but for that small chip, I think it is just staggering.
I then thought of how and for what I could use it, and as we still have an old TV running we actually use for watching TV I tried interfacing it with the Lib from the tutorial.
Now, it does not have a great resolution(128x96) however it is still more than the original Nokia 3310(84x48). The only problem I have is that it doesn't fill the full screen, it only uses about 2/3 of the screen.
I have now programed a small menu and the most classic game there is on this planet, PONG!
I am currently working with a friend of mine on a 3D-printed case for the controllers and the main board.
Pictures, code and circuit will follow.
