ApexNub Adapter is a small BLE-to-USB HID dongle based on the Nordic nRF52833.

The goal is to make a tiny adapter that can receive commands from a companion app over Bluetooth Low Energy and translate them into standard USB HID mouse and keyboard input. Once plugged into a host device, the adapter behaves like a normal USB keyboard or mouse, so the host does not need a special driver.

I started this project because I was curious how small wireless USB receivers work, and I wanted to build a compact version that could be useful for makers, embedded developers, mini PCs, tablets, test benches, or any setup where carrying a full keyboard and mouse is inconvenient.

The current prototype already supports basic mouse and keyboard control from the app. It is still early, and latency can still be noticeable in some situations, but the core hardware, firmware, and app flow are working.
