Not my project, I have not made it, nor plan to do so, but it might interest the S100 crowd.

I scraped the article from the magazine into a single pdf file, and OCRd the source code into something that assembles online at asm80.com. I checked the hex output is correct yet. I have nothing to test it on, so I can't say if it works.

I also grabbed the bubble memory chapter of the intel 1984 data book. There is code for the 8085 and 8086. I have not OCRd that.

Thanks Keith for finding and archiving this information.  I have not sent boards off for fab in months, in fact I have forgotten what all is in my board queue…. but when I finally do I will try to include this s100 bubble board.. or more likely a version of it that has the bubble components directly onboard rather than using the bubble kit board kludge-on. Just to make it a cleaner build.  That is unless someone else  gets the itch to layout the board before I do.  Between the code I already have written for my bubble board and the code in Byte, getting it up and going shouldn’t involve too much gnashing of teeth.   I have bubbles if you ever feel the need.
