Description

I picked up some very cheap vintage keyboards from my University's resale store. Two of which are Micro-Term Ergo 301 keyboards withALPS SKCC switches. I'll be disassembling, cleaning and restoring one of them and turning it into a fully-fledged modern mechanical keyboard.

Desoldering, cleaning and switch testing

I have desoldered all the switches, cleaned the switches and switch plate and am currently in the process of testing all the switches. Here's a quick video showing the rather janky rig I made up for testing the key switches!
