Four revisions later (fiddling with printing tolerances, and poorly measured components), I have a complete optical assembly with the laser, objective and LCoS system.

Next step is to print the top half and run some tests to see if it works!

Me too!  I'm really hoping I got everything aligned, and all the respective pieces were put back into their correct location.  Otherwise troubleshooting is going to be... fun :)

The program is called Skitch (I'm on a mac, not sure if it's available on windows/linux): https://evernote.com/products/skitch

There is a trial version that is free.  You can't save, but you can take screenshots of what you've created which is what I'm doing :)
