To select / change the mode of operation you turn the switch on and off, when the unit starts it is in mode 0, turn the switch on and it jumps to mode 1 (simple vibrate)
Turn it Off then ON and it goes to Mode 2 ( Pulsate, ramps the motor up to the speed set by the pot then drops to zero)
On and Off again selects Pulsate or mode 3 (Speed climbs up, then back down to the setting on the pot)
On and Off again goes back to Mode 0, everything off.
