I just finished my undergrad in neuroscience (and applying to grad school) and I wish my uni offered a course like this. I really like the lab on the transistor model of the heart. Perhaps I will try it out for myself. Thanks for posting it!

Bio-electronics is the study of how living cells and organisms can be used to make electronic circuits and devices. This field has been proliferating over the past few years because of advances in technology. In particular, there are now many new ways to use living cells and organisms as electronic components. You can see here many useful tools that can proven very helpful for students of this field. The idea is to use bio-electronics in the classroom. I think that it would be interesting to try this out because it can provide a new way of learning, especially when it comes to first-year students.
