Classical Commands' Work Finished

Today I finished classical command of ESP8266. Yesterday I saw new firmware (9.3.0) and I immediately uptade it. After that ESP8266 doen't allow to change baudrate. The fix value is 115200 now. I adapted my program to new AT commands for static IP. It works OK now.
