Inline images in all my pages aren't visible although looking at the HTML the IMG tags are still there. An example:
Problems with the content server?
Seems to be ok again. Maybe the content server was unreachable from the shopping centre WiFi I was using.
The non-highlit text is VERY hard to read due to low contrast. Is there a way to fix that in our profile?
Example: the text which follows your name starting with 'wrote'
Yes. Is there a way to change that color or the color scheme or? I didn't find one.
Hi, I've got a project with some build instructions, and I don't seem to get an email notification when someone leaves a comment on the build instructions. I don't know whether that's a bug or not, but it would be useful because otherwise I end up accidentally ignoring questions about the build. Thanks! The project is https://hackaday.io/project/164521-drumkid-aleatoric-drum-machine EDIT: Actually it's not just comments on the build instructions - I think I'm missing notifications for comments more generally, even on the project as a whole.
Will check on this and PM you with questions, thanks

I once started Hackaday.io via the Github login method, but as Hackaday grows more and more important for me, I wish to split it up and create a separate e-mail-login for Hackaday with individual password. I just cannot find a function to do so !
There's no option for remediation if have a log in error. I expected an email address I could contact or a notification would display an error or something, but I just get redirected to the vanilla log in screen.
I can't log in using my github which shares this accounts email address. I should be using hackaday.io/lirothen right now. I can spam the log in button and all that happens is eventually a redirect to github which prompts that I re-authorize SupplyFrame OAuth due to excessive log in attempts -_-
I signed up today, however I was not able to put a dot into my username, I wanted to be known as angel.o.sphere :D Got the error message: only alphanumeric chars allowed (but the description of the field username says: dots are allowed).
how about capturing card when the dealer flips the card over. Can rainman 2.0 be put on new cell phone?

Would be awesome to be able to embed PeerTube videos. They're open, they're federated (ie, has an API), and they're not subject to the whims of some algorithm no one understands. Presently I'm trying to move my videos to Diode.zone but need to keep YT just to embed here.
Is this change valid for all control servos? I own a CYS8218 servant. Try different changes but the result is always disappointing. You propose to make these connections. I'll try tomorrow. For the moment, thanks.
Just checking, was this reply supposed to be on another project?
My project doesn't seem to show up in any of the feeds, or recent projects. I originally made it private, and then I fixed it to be public, but now nothing I do makes it show up in the feed. Is there anything I can do?
Leave the project public, it should be displaying in recent projects now. There are some anti spam measures in place for new accounts, anything you create from now on should display rather instantly.
Feature request: Add a clearly visible mark over the "miniature view" of the project to show its complete/ongoing status, for instance a yellow/green dot.
Hey can you clarify which is the miniature view? I understand the status icon part.
I could swear I have posted an answer some days ago, but then again, the " miniature" is the cover photo, that is somewhat cropped around the edges (hence smaller than original)
hi,I can not find "views" in the page of my Project ,Only "comment","follower""likes" exist,I am not sure why.Could you give me some hint abouti it ?
https://hackaday.io/project/167094-199usd-3d-scanner-holographic-3d-creater-yscanner
It will be there soon. View count isn't displayed until the project is a few hours/days old and/or has a certain amount of views!
In the past the project page could be sorted by time period (week, month..alltime) combined with current filtering methods like most viewed ect.
Why dispose of such a feature?
As far as I know, only the likes sort has had this function, https://hackaday.io/projects?sort=skulls&range=month
I do see the value of having it for others, for example most views/comments/followers.
Heya, I'm wondering if browser based locale would ever be used in the future, or options added to the user setting to configure? The time stamps on projects keep throwing me off because of the MM/DD format (where as I'm used to DD/MM).
It would be good if a publish of an edit of the project page or details could prompt for a short summary of the reason for the change to be entered, which could then be displayed on the feed. For example I just added a link to a software repository. But all people see on the feed page is that I updated the project and no indication why, unless they know what it was like before. It's the same for me. I see that people have updated a project page, but I don't know why. Maybe it was as simple as fixing a typo.
If no summary is entered, then the notification to the feed should be suppressed. If the author doesn't provide a message, then it's not a noteworthy change.
I think this is important. If people are flooded with too much information they will just turn off. This way they can judge quickly whether the change was important enough to read further.
Hmmm I like this thought. SO next to the "show update in feed" setting there could be an optional update notification message.
Hi there! Not sure if this function is available already.. is it possible to:
1. Change ownership of a project to another user
or
2. Allow team members to have access to edit the Description, Title, Banner photo, etc.
Thanks!
If you PM me I can help transfer ownership of an existing project if recreating it is not an option.

I think that it would be interesting to have a light theme on here... or at least the option to use one.
