Hey, which browser/os are you using? It may also be to do with some browser plugins. Is it just happening for project logs?

We'll check this out and be in touch if we need more details. Thanks!
I just canceled one of my projects. I see just ongoing and completed status. It would be nice to have a canceled also. I'd like to keep the project there, if somebody wants to build upon, but clearly state as canceled
Hey Suf - You can put 'Cancelled', 'Abandoned', or 'On Hold' in the tags.
here's a thought--in the Messages window, on the righthand side (where it shows all members of a channel), what about a way to only show folks that are currently online?

Please Help. I thought I submitted my project into the hackaday prize by tagging it with 2015hackadayprize and hackadayprize when I entered it, I did not click the dropdown submit button. Is there anything you can do?
Hi there,
The search engine doesn't seem to handle the unicode character in our project name:
https://hackaday.io/search?term=c4d
Thanks!
On the Hacker Channel messaging, can we get the “members” list ordered by who
is online first, otherwise the whole right column of the page is
wasted space. Thanks.
We've got a ticket in for this, but thanks for reminding us :)
people, I got a bug: when I try to read page 2 of the project I'm currently following I get the following link https://hackaday.io/projects/hacker/13582/likesandfollows/sort//sort/followers/page/2
you can clearly see it is malformed as there's sort twice and a double /.
BTW nice 404 page :D
I'm using firefox on ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS. When I have a chat window open (say the hacker channel) and resume my computer from suspend, all chat message times are off by the amount of time the computer was suspended. Newly posted messages also have this time shift, until I reload the page.
I'm using Firefox on Win7 and message times are sometimes randomly up to 4 hours ahead (just happened this morning again.) I never use suspend, sleep or hibernate. I didn't think refreshing fixed it, but maybe that works now.
Hey Christoph, we know there's a little bug with this. I often get 'in 3 hours' :) Thanks for highlighing though!
Don't suppose there's any chance of an alternative light style.... dark colours can be so depressing ;)
I would love to have an assortment of boxes to put my project logs into a grid format, and also have featured project logs at the top. The list is too long and everything gets hidden, thanks for the opportunity to comment Jasmine!
We'll add your feedback to the notes for the designers. Thanks!
It would be great if I could have "draft", unpublished logs for my projects, and only publish them when I have them polished and filled with all necessary details. Currently I do that by preparing them in text files on my computer, but then there is the additional work of uploading all the images and adding links just before publishing.
Hey Radomir, this is already being considered. It's good to have the feedback from you. I'll put another tick in the yes vote for this feature. Cheers.
Anyway to delete a message thread inside Private Messages?
Other enhancements: hide/ hide if older than a month, 3 months etc./show all
We're planning to add a read/unread filter. I'll put in a request for your other suggestions. Thanks!
ahhh damn, it seems I have accidentally deleted my ESP board project? Could someone please recover that, if so?
fyi some person chaipojy825533 sent me an unsolicited private messages advertising their pcb fab. https://hackaday.io/hacker/85497
"Hello,Mr.ALex,we are pcb prototype company,do you have gerber file that we can make the pcb board for you?And we can give you 80%discount,one day delivery time,by the way are you interested in be our distributor? If yes,you can send to my email anson@pcbway.com"
Thanks for letting us know. This one has been dealt with.
If this happens again, please report them as inappropriate from their profile page (there's a link at the bottom of the left-hand column). Cheers!
I can see all the HaD prize entries from the More drop down on the top, but also wanted to see all the "Best Product" entries separately. I came to know that the link is already there [https://hackaday.io/submissions/bestproduct/list], but adding it there on the menu would be great so that they can see them at a glance separate from all the prize entries.
An option to make align="justify" for paragraphs in the editor and in the project description would be really handy. (In the editor it can be done with hacking, but the description is just plain textarea, so it doesn't work there. edit: yes it does, I just tested. But still, a button would be nice.)
Hello Szabolcs
hmm, I think this is unlikely to happen as it is a style thing. Our style is to have left-aligned text for the details and description. Using it on your project breaks with consistency. However, we're not going to stop you from hacking to get the appearance you'd like.
Cheers.
It would also be nice if I could set my timezone in my profile, and then have all the times (on the event pages, for instance), displayed in that timezone. Converting everything from PDT is kinda tiring.
+1 at least for stuff like online meetings. Localtime for localevents makes sense. Maybe add something like a counter or a "starts in an hour" texts
Then the local meetings should have the time in local time. PDT for Zürich doesn't really work very well.
This is a great idea. I'll suggest it to the devs. However, I think we're putting an add to calendar widget on event pages soon, so that should save to your local time.
The "add to calendar" widget is there already, but I would either need to use google or yahoo, or install MacOS or Windows to use those, and I don't want to do that for, let's say, personal reasons.
if it's ics it should work with thunderbird as well (it's been a while though)

When I write my project log, I like to insert empty lines to separate elements. But when I publish it, empty lines are removed :( , why ?
