Description

The older 2012 Nexus 7 tablet I had in the dash was only 16GB and starting to show its age. Slow downs during app switching and spotty GPS were only some of the issues. Guess that's what I get for buying it 2nd hand. Oh well, it served well as a proof of concept.

This 2013 Nexus 7 has a faster CPU, 32GB onboard and better screen. I plan to add a few things and tidy up the install.

Additions include a backup camera, handsfree mic and maybe a dedicated power module. Stay tuned.
