micro generator

I updated the gallery with my first test coil winded on a biro with magnet inside.

I hooked it to my oscilloscope to check if it works.

TODO: wind a better coil with more windings and check the voltage coming out.

I winded a coil on a biro tube. The coil is about a meter wire. I get 0.7 volts measured with my oscilloscope using a 8 x 10 mm neodym magnet inside.

I have to find a tube which has an inner width of about 9 mm and wind a more thicker coil around it to get more volts.

Today I ordered cylindrical magnets to experiment with. Now I have to find a plastic tube in which they fit. Then I can do some tests with the magnets and coils.
