Description

Bluetooth Audio capable Gauges/plugs for stretched earlobes.

Details

While headphones and ear buds are good to have, if your ears are stretched/gauged out, ya have big holes that are good for what.....?????? THIS!!!!!!!!!!! you wont have to damage your ear drums with ear buds or find the headphones that'll fit over your gauges/plugs. 10 times outta ten id rather have damaged my earlobes than my ear drums, and since mine are already about 44mm what the hell right? bluetooth is the only way to go with these... WIRES SUCK!

2 × rechargeable battery
2 × speaker

Hi I am working with Tom on the headtones, doing the 3d printing, CAD work, and looking at designing a PCB for use with the BC127 bluetooth module from Sparkfun.

So thus far I've successfully taken this idea, from idea to reality, and have a good working prototype, but nothing ready for marketing just yet, that is the goal here. were making lots of progress in r&d lately and will be updating our progress and problems here soon!

Can the gauges vary or are these only in 44mm? I recently built something similar before I came across this site. Was unaware this idea has already been patented. My design allows for many different sizes. As big as you want all the way down to about 20mm. What's your battery life like and did you hear anything more about this guy who claims to hold a patent?
