The glue is dry. I did a bit more unsnapping/snapping abuse testing, one of the snaps I can see is a bit more loose than I'd like but all of the others are holding strong so far. I'll be brainstorming some alternate (hopefully more stable) methods of affixing the snaps to the plate.

Got a chance last night to try out last night, and I am happy to report that it blinks!!!

I glued down half of the snaps last night using E6000, left them clamped over night and they are holding up nicely to some snap/unsnap abuse. I just got done gluing the other half of the snaps. So tomorrow night I should have a complete board ready to start playing with.
