100 W (7500 lumen) portable LED floodlight

for less than $25, I got:

• 100W cool-spectrum LED (I bet I can run this no problem upwards of 100 ºC)
• CPU cooler (small heatsink plus fan) - this was really cheap but I think it will work ok
• 90 W peltier cooler - this should improve heat transfer between the LED and heat sink, making the LED cooler and the heat sink a bit hotter.
• adjustable DC-DC step-up converter and a 60mm fan
• small LED voltage meter
