Portable Force Data Logger

The circuit has been breadboarded and a quick mount for the load cell has been printed. So far everything is looking good.

I had to modify the ADC breakout board to increase the max sampling frequency from 10 Hz to 80 Hz. The code is far from optimized currently, but I am getting an average sampling frequency of 65 Hz which is more than enough for my purposes.
