Here it is, the cavity with tuning screw. Soldering the antenna shield to the cavity was no problem at all after having brushed the place.

Of course i have another brainblurt ready: After studying the original cavity magnetron made by Randall and Booth made before the second worldwar, i notised that it is possible to extend all 6 small cavities of the original magnetron design into one large cone like the EM drive cavity. The advantage of this is that all the waves will have a direct connection into the big cavity end. If your interested in the schematics how i have it in mind, drop me a line (i dont know how to embed a image into this reply field) and i send you a rendering of the design.
