I own one of this very first full automatic Jura coffee makers and as is quality made and makes excellent coffee I keep it alive a repair it as long as possible. As it is now about 20 years old it becomes difficult to get spare parts.
This T-connector for the brewing unit got now a hair crack (There where the tweezers point in the picture. Nothing unexpected after the lifetime. As many fans love their old coffee maker there are still spar parts available. But stupid enough, the only dealer who had the part still in stock, is located in Germany and doesn't supply to Switzerland :-( !!!

After 24h waiting to cure the glue, assemble the machine. It looks well so far - the long term stability has to be proofed still - But the the challenge is gone :-)
That part is hot and wet. So I thought just glue will not work. So I thought glue with a shelf around could work. The shelf takes the pressure and the glue seal the liquid.
I used ABS with the finest resolution (0,2mm) my printer makes and a glue which works up to 120 deg. which is flexible and has the capability to fill gaps. The combination I thought should work perfectly.
For drawing and fixing the coffee maker I required appr. an hour. The glue was slightly more expensive than the spare part - but if the ...... German supplier don't want to deliver to Switzerland what choice you have?
