I live streamed creation of ROM module board in Eagle v5 running in MacOS X 10.4 on the one of the latest PowerPC G4 laptops that I own since 2007 ;)
Later I edited archived videos to remove pauses and made it 8x faster:

Thanks for posting the video! I wish there were more routing videos around. It's a relaxing way to see how someone else approaches the problem and maybe pick up a few ideas.

For me, it is an iterative process doing hand routing and it take a very long time to get to a point that I am fully satisfied - also looking for stuff like high frequency digital signal return path that most seem to ignore. My routing video done in real time would be really boring because it take days or even months to do it.
Probably more interesting thing to do is a hand routing contest/challenge with modern SMT packages. :)

high frequency return path is easy: it's the unbroken ground plane that you have under each and every signal trace :-)
