Keypad Flex Module

I noticed last week while auditing designs that I messed up the power pin order. So it is now fixed in R0.5. Stencil will be the same, but I'll need to order new boards obviously.

We will try to show how to build a keypad using flex. It should be pretty interesting if we can do it.

This board is commonly used for keypad design, but it seems that few drivers are decent. We will likely need to make our own.

We have our stencil from oshstencils for this board.

We need to order samples for this board before we can make and test it.
