I started work on the new motherboard that integrates the power cards , power monitoring as well as all the signal cards.

The main change is that aes3 card will no longer have the connectors on it. It has an fcp header brake our on the motherboard that goes to the main IO connector card. This gives me a bit more flexibility with the case design .
The legacy 2.54 headers for line driver cards and HP driver cards are still here! I need to change those for 1.27 headers and add more ground connections and bring in DAC Vcom through the header and loose the JST socket. Doing this means remaking 4 balanced line driver cards and 2 HP driver cards !! This is the down side to a modular card design !
The next revision of the motherboard will get that change I think. At least the new aes3 driver card is 1.27 header.
I'm keeping the old motherboard for testing. Running the current digi Baird that will updated next.
